About Your Trainer
Emma Morris
Having previously worked in
investment management in the City of London,
Emma’s love of health and fitness led her to
qualify as a personal trainer, sports massage
therapist and nutritional advisor in 2005. She
began her new career in Chelsea, training and
developing successful relationships with many
high profile clients with a wide range of goals
and needs.
On moving to Bristol in 2007,
Emma worked in a large health club prior to
becoming an independent personal trainer. She
is a member of the Register of Exercise
Professionals (REPS) and is a Nordic Walking
instructor.
Emma’s interest in health and
fitness started at a young age when she began
participating in numerous sports including
athletics, squash, hockey and lacrosse. She
rowed competitively for Thames Rowing Club and
continues to play hockey, tennis, squash and
softball as well as working out in the gym.
Emma is passionate about helping people to
achieve their goals and to unlock their true
potential.
Emma particularly enjoys
resistance training and interval training and
believes strongly in the importance of core
strength and stability to complete a functional
training programme for all her clients.

Premier Fitness Trainer Award
- Premier IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
- Premier IQ Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy
- Level 3 Special Population - Weight Management, Diet and Weight Loss
- Level 3 Special Population - Sports Specific and including obesity, hypertension, Diabetes, asthma etc
